With a broad range of training and experience, I’m able to offer therapeutic support tailored to your individual needs. I work with people facing a wide variety of concerns, including: Anxiety and depression, family issues, low self-esteem and confidence, trauma and complex trauma, PTSD Post traumatic stress disorder, relationship breakdowns and relationship issues, emotional crises, attachment wounds and ruptures, grief and loss, life transitions.

These issues often show up in unique and overlapping ways, which can feel overwhelming or difficult to untangle. My integrative, multi-modal approach allows us to work with these complexities in a way that honors your experience and supports meaningful change.
