I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy, over the last 10 years I have been developing my practice in the grounding of counselling and psychotherapy and exploring and drawing on neurobiological and attachment-informed modules to guide my work, ensuring it is tailored to each client's individual needs within a safe and compassionate space.

I am committed to continuously deepening my practice, regularly engaging in continued professional development, training, and supervision to ensure a high standard of care.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in the creative field, where my interest lay not only in artistic expression but in how art functions within society - as a means of connection, communication, and reflection. This curiosity gradually led me toward psychotherapy, where I became captivated by the creative, transformative potential of the therapeutic process itself. It’s this intersection between creativity and human connection that continues to inspire my work today.
