Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Integrative psychotherapy was developed by Dr. Richard Erskine, it’s a relational and developmentally focused approach. It emphasizes the healing power of authentic, empathic connection within the therapeutic relationship.
Integrative psychotherapy explores how past experiences shape present patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating, clients are gently guided toward greater self-understanding and emotional integration, offering the opportunity to work towards a greater sense of self and choice in life.
DBR - Deep Brain Reorienting
Deep Brain Reorienting is a gentle, neuroscience-based therapy that helps process trauma and attachment wounds by working with the brain’s earliest orienting and survival responses. It focuses on the subtle bodily sensations that arise just before emotional reactions, allowing trauma to be processed at its source—without clients becoming overwhelmed. It’s especially effective for early developmental trauma and for those seeking a calm, body-based approach to therapy, it can also be very effective for treating a wider range of symptoms including anxiety and depression.
Relationships and Couples Therapy
Couples and relationship therapy is offered to people in relationships who find themselves stuck, in crisis or in the process of separation and in need of support.
Relationship counselling is available for family members, friendships and business colleagues, between two individuals who would like to explore issues of conflict, challenges in communication and crises.
Relationship counselling offers a supportive space for couples or individuals to explore and improve the way they relate to one another. Whether you're navigating communication issues, conflict, trust concerns, emotional disconnection, or the impact of life transitions, this work helps you deepen understanding, rebuild connection, and create healthier patterns of relating.
The focus is not on assigning blame, but on fostering empathy, mutual respect, and emotional safety. Through guided conversations, reflective exploration, and practical tools, clients can uncover the underlying dynamics that contribute to relationship challenges and develop new ways of being with each other.
CRM - Comprehensive Resource Model
The Comprehensive Resource Model is a neurobiologically informed, body-based therapy designed to help individuals safely process complex trauma, attachment wounds, and patterns rooted in early relationships. It works by activating a series of internal and external resources—such as breath work, somatic awareness, imagery, and connection—to support you in staying grounded and present, even while exploring difficult memories or experiences, supporting lasting psychological integration.
